HR Generalist / HR Manager

$$$

We are a global, fully remote short-form content and creator marketing company working with some of the world’s leading brands, helping them develop and execute creator-led campaigns at scale.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager to help us build a strong, effective and people-focused organisation.

The Role

You will take ownership of key HR and recruitment activities, helping us attract great people, build effective teams and create a strong remote working culture. You should be comfortable working independently in a growing company, managing both day-to-day HR matters and longer-term people initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Recruit across marketing, media, creator marketing, sales, client services and leadership roles.
  • Actively headhunt and build pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of marketing, media and creator economy talent.
  • Improve recruitment processes, interview structures and candidate experience.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
  • Support the agency's growth by identifying the people and capabilities we will need as the business scales.
  • Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies and processes appropriate for a fully remote international team.
  • Ensure HR practices are consistent, fair and aligned with company values.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support managers with people-related issues and day-to-day HR questions.
  • Help develop clear structures, responsibilities and processes as the company grows.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management processes.
  • Support managers with regular feedback, performance reviews and development conversations.
  • Identify training and development needs across the team.
  • Help maintain a strong, inclusive and collaborative remote culture.
  • Develop initiatives that support employee engagement, retention and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, HR management and/or talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience recruiting for marketing, media, advertising, creator/influencer marketing or similar industries.
  • Experience headhunting and hiring senior management and leadership-level talent.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current recruitment trends.
  • Experience managing recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Experience working with remote and international teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1–C2).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to HR rather than a purely administrative mindset.
