    As a Product Manager on our AI Assistant team, you’ll define and execute product strategy for our products β€” the Platform, the Builder and our own AI assistant, Clippy. You’ll work on making AI capabilities accessible to non-technical teams and collaborate across departments to drive innovation and adoption.

    In your day-to-day, you will:

    • Drive the evolution of our internal AI assistant creation tools, making complex AI capabilities accessible to both non-technical and technical users
    • Collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to identify and prioritize AI assistant use cases
    • Lead Clippy AI assistant end‑to‑end: build, test, and monitor in production; run experiments and ship iterative improvements with engineering support
    • Define and operationalize best practices for building and evaluating assistants β€” turning them into productized capabilities (templates, workflows etc.)
    • Keep ahead of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of product management experience
    • A fast learner with a strong technical understanding
    • Business insight and the ability to align product development with company goals and user value
    • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly

    Nice to have:

    • Experience shipping platform products, internal tools, developer tools, or workflow/builder products
    • Experience building products that enable non-technical users to leverage complex technologies
    • Familiarity with AI/LLM product patterns (prompting, evaluation, monitoring)
    • UX/UI design experience or expertise

    • 2+ years in Product Management.
    • Ability to make product decisions based on user data.
    • Understanding of the A/B testing process.

    • Understanding of product metrics and ability to evaluate and interpret them.
    • Ability to set up team processes (workflow setup, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation).
    • Basic understanding of UI/UX design.
