    • Conduct and analyze CSAT, CES, NPS surveys and user interviews with the product manager 
    • Collect customer success stories and validate product investments 
    • Analyze key metrics (Sessions, Users, Downloads, Orders, Revenue) in GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and marketing tools (Ahrefs, SERanking)

    Your mandate is singular: Drive Net New Business. While our Sales team manages our existing user expansion, your job is to hunt in the wild. You will build and scale the paid and organic channels that bring new buyers to Sembly, ensuring our Sales team has a constant stream of high-intent, qualified opportunities from outside our current database.

     

    You will report directly to the COO and work alongside a fractional CMO (Advisor).

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the "New Business" Number: You are responsible for the monthly target of Net New Qualified Leads (MQLs) delivered to Sales.
    • Lead the Team: You will directly manage the Content/SEO Manager and an Analytics resource.
    • Manage the Budget: You will deploy a monthly performance budget across Paid Search (Google), Paid Social (LinkedIn), and other channels. You own the ROI of every dollar spent.
