    We are currently looking for a strong Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for finding and attracting new affiliates, managing and activating partners, managing offers and promotional materials, negotiating terms, analyzing traffic quality and KPIs, participating in industry events, and preparing reports β€” all to improve the effectiveness of the affiliate program.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Constantly connect new partners and track the work of all involved partners, achieve and improve conversion rates, because you know exactly how to work - your main task;
    • Analyze potential partners’ traffic sources, quality, and compliance before launch.
    • Launch and manage test campaigns based on predefined KPIs.
    • Evaluate campaign performance and profitability (ROI, CPA, LTV).
    • Scale profitable campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
    • Negotiate partnership terms, KPIs, and commercial conditions with affiliates.
    • Continuously monitor traffic quality, conversions, and costs.

    • Stay on top of market trends, traffic sources, and competitor activity.

     

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in the gambling vertical (must be recent, within the last 6 months)
    • Strong skills in traffic analysis
    • Proficiency with Google Docs and large spreadsheets
    • Deep understanding of CPI, CPL, CPA, CPM, ROI metrics 
    • Experience working with various traffic sources
    • Proven success in partner acquisition across FB, YouTube, ASO, In-App (case studies required)
    • Experience running landing page tests and working with conversion optimization
    • Familiarity with all payment models
    • Ability to set up Web IDs and postbacks
    • Knowledge of English or other languages will be a plus.

    The Role:

    We need a hands-on PPC specialist who can plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. This is not a "set it and forget it" role β€” you'll own the full paid funnel from ad creative to conversion, test aggressively, and scale what works.

    What you’ll do:

    - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter/X, Reddit, and LinkedIn
     - Write compelling ad copy and test multiple variations (headlines, descriptions, CTAs)
