Business Analyst / LATAM market
About us
We’re an international team of developers and QA engineers working across Mexico, Israel, and Ukraine. Together we build and grow the web and mobile products of one of the largest iGaming operators in Mexico.
One of our key products is a new CMS with a layout management system that we built from scratch, shaped directly by the needs of the business.
Our platform serves millions of users, so every requirement we write has a real impact on how people play, pay, and come back.
About the role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our product team. You'll turn business needs into clear, buildable requirements for our iGaming platform. You'll work between business stakeholders and the delivery team, and own requirements from the first workshop through to release.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements through interviews and workshops with stakeholders
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional and non-functional requirements
- Break epics down into backlog items in Jira and lead refinement sessions with developers and QA
- Specify the necessary integrations: REST API contracts, JSON data, errors, and edge cases. This includes internal services and third-party entities, such as game providers, IMS, and others
- Create prototypes and user flows to validate solutions before development starts
- Support the team during implementation, clarify requirements, and manage change requests
- Check delivered functionality against requirements and take part in acceptance testing
- Keep product documentation in Confluence current and structured
Must have
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (we’ll also consider a strong candidate with 2 years)
- 1+ year in the gambling / iGaming domain (casino, sportsbook, bonuses, wallet, payments)
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Confident use of Jira and Confluence
- Practical understanding of REST APIs and JSON: reading API docs
- Good understanding of the SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Attention to detail and the ability to find edge cases before developers do
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Prototyping experience (Figma, Miro or similar)
- Use of AI tools in analysis and documentation
- Experience with analytics dashboards
What we offer
- Fully remote work from Europe or Ukraine
- Paid vacation: 21 days, paid sick leave: 5 days
- Medical insurance / benefits budget
- A product with real scale and a direct impact on how it grows
