Akurateco is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider, helping payment service providers, merchants, and financial institutions launch and scale their payment businesses fast, without the burden of complex development or infrastructure. 
We're looking for an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage scalable LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns in the FinTech and payments industry.
This role requires more than operating outreach tools. We are looking for someone who can independently identify target audiences, build and segment large lead databases, create outreach sequences, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and generate qualified sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage outbound outreach across 8-10 LinkedIn accounts
• Build and maintain large, targeted prospect databases
• Identify relevant companies and decision-makers based on our ICP
• Create audience segments using industry, geography, company size, job title, technology, and other relevant criteria
• Source leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other platforms
• Enrich, verify, clean, and deduplicate lead data
• Create and optimize multistep LinkedIn and email outreach sequences
• Write and test messaging, value propositions, follow-ups, and personalization approaches
• Launch, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn and cold email campaigns
• Set up, warm up, and safely operate LinkedIn accounts
• Manage proxies and troubleshoot account-related issues
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and lead statuses in HubSpot
• Analyze campaign performance and improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates
• Hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team with complete context
• Test new tools, data sources, audiences, and outbound strategies

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, or a similar role
• Proven experience independently building and launching outbound campaigns
• Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts
• Experience working with large prospect databases and high-volume outreach
• Strong understanding of ICP development, audience segmentation, and lead research
• Ability to create effective LinkedIn and email sequences from scratch
• Practical experience with cold email outreach, including list preparation, verification, campaign setup, and deliverability basics
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools such as LinkedHelper, Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, Lemlist, or similar platforms
• Experience with Apollo, Clay, or other lead sourcing and enrichment tools
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Good written and spoken English, at least B2 level
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of results

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, PSPs, acquiring, or payment orchestration
• Experience with outbound automation and workflow optimization
• Understanding of email deliverability, domain setup, inbox warm-up, and sender reputation
• Experience using AI tools for lead research, personalization, or campaign optimization

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
 

What you will do

• Research relevant companies and contacts
• Find and verify professional email addresses
• Build, clean, and maintain prospect databases
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly or similar platforms
• Manage 20+ sending accounts and up to ~2,000 emails per day
• Monitor mailbox health, deliverability, bounce and spam rates
• Add or replace sending mailboxes when needed
• Monitor campaign performance and identify issues
• Keep campaign data organized and provide short daily updates

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience launching and managing cold email campaigns
• Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Reply.io, Snov.io, Mailshake, or similar tools
• Understanding of deliverability, mailbox health, sending limits, bounce and spam rates
• Experience finding and verifying professional emails
• Experience working with multiple sending accounts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large databases

Research, LinkedIn lead generation, or database building without hands-on cold email outreach is not sufficient for this role.

• Understanding of email warm-up and basic domain authentication principles
