THE ROLE

As a lead generation specialist within our acquisitions team, your role goes beyond more research and initial contact with potential app sellers by outbound calling. We're seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality prospect intelligence. In this essential role, you'll build the foundation for our sales and outreach campaigns by identifying and researching qualified prospects across software companies, enterprises, and high-growth startups.  You will also work with setting up campaigns using automation tools and tracking and monitoring them for results. 

what you'll own: 

• research and build prospect lists  
• identify buying signals 
• compile event-based lead lists (conferences, meetups, summits) 
• verify and clean contact data before it goes into any campaign 
• maintain CRM hygiene and list segmentation 
• set up and monitor LinkedIn and email automation campaigns 
• familiar with popular research and automation tools 
• can create high converting sequences 
• track performance metrics and flag what needs to change 
• manual research and cold calls to leads with high buying intent 

• meet KPI metrics in terms of qualified meetings 

   

what we're looking for 

• experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in tech services, staffing, or SaaS 
• you know the difference between a qualified lead and a contact who happens to exist 
• strong with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and similar tools 
• comfortable running email and LinkedIn automation, ideally owning a couple of accounts 
• you understand the importance of data quality 

• self-directed and comfortable working remotely without daily hand-holding 

   

nice to have 

• you've worked in or around outstaffing, staff augmentation, or engineering recruiting 
• you've built lists from scratch using trigger-based signals, not just job titles

• familiarity with target personas: CTOs, VPs Eng, technical Founders

Fit4Me builds personalized Health & Fitness products for a global audience. We’re looking for a Jira Implementation Lead who will design and implement a unified Jira architecture across our departments - and then own it long-term.
This starts as a project: migrate from Asana, build the system, and onboard teams. Then it becomes an ongoing role: maintain, evolve, and support Jira as the operational backbone of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a unified Jira architecture for Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Payment functions.
• Lead the full migration from Asana to Jira — templates, workflows, roles, access, process history.
• Build task routing logic, cross-team handoffs, approval chains, and blocking rules.
• Set up recurring templates, automations, notifications, and deadline logic.
• Create management dashboards for team leads — statuses, blockers, priorities in one view.
• Onboard teams into the new system and support their adaptation.

• Build a scalable operating model ready for further department rollouts.

   

What we expect:

• 3+ years designing process architecture in Jira.
• Experience building workflows for non-tech teams (finance, ops, legal, or similar).
• Strong Jira automations - you configure them, not just use them.
• Experience migrating from Asana to Jira.
• Hands-on experience with role schemes, access permissions, and cross-team handoff logic.

• Ability to run requirements sessions with functional leads and translate them into system solutions.

   

Nice to have:

• Experience with approval chains and escalation logic.
• Atlassian ecosystem management at org level.

• Experience onboarding external vendors into workflows.
