CXntury is an IT company specializing in web and mobile development, UI/UX design, and AI solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and communicative person who wants to start a career in IT and sales. 
 

Responsibilities

• Search for potential clients for our IT services.
• Research companies and identify decision-makers.
• Find and collect leads using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Conduct initial communication with potential clients.
• Maintain and update lead databases in CRM / Notion.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• English level: B1 or higher.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in IT and lead generation.
• Good communication and research skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.

• Self-organization, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.

   

Will be a plus, but not required:

• Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or email outreach.

• Basic understanding of the IT industry, outsourcing, or outstaffing.
