Project Overview & Stage:
We are transforming a fleet management and IoT data processing platform from a tightly coupled monolithic system into a scalable, multi-tenant, event-driven microservices architecture. The initiative focuses on decomposing the monolith into production-grade Go microservices, introducing a high-throughput event-streaming backbone for real-time data flows, and operating services in Kubernetes-based cloud environments, including infrastructure automation via
Kubernetes operators.
The first milestone runs until early May and is focused on establishing stable architecture, reliability, and production readiness. Strong delivery in this phase is expected to unlock an open-ended long-term continuation of the project.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly structured and persistent Account Manager to manage a portfolio of ~50 B2B clients, primarily in Kazakhstan and Ukraine, including banks and public sector organizations.

This role requires strong ownership, patience, and the ability to work with low-response clients, complex documentation processes, and long payment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of ~50 existing clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactively follow up with low-engagement clients
• Identify decision-makers and ensure consistent communication
• Strong critical thinking skills (ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, and develop well-thought-out solutions and conclusions).

2. Payments & Renewals

• Monitor payment timelines and proactively follow up
• Avoid overdue invoices

3. Documentation

• Prepare and manage contracts, acts, addendums, and other legal documents
• Participate in tenders: collect, prepare, and submit required documentation

4. Account Growth

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Support clients in maximizing value from YouScan
• Contribute to retention and revenue growth

5. Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Finance teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Track client status, risks, and next steps

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success (B2B)
• Experience working with banks, enterprises, or public sector clients
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills (especially around payments)
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience working with contracts and documentation

Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Focus

• Work with both inbound and outbound sales channels (LinkedIn);
