What you will do:
- Handling both customer support and technical support questions from Bringg customers.
- Provide exceptional support services to both technical and non-technical users
- Deep investigation and root cause analysis into reported issues using a variety of tools
- Case management with multiple competing priorities and ensuring they are followed up correctly & promptly
- Escalating issues to R&D and reporting bugs
- Communicating and coordinating issues affecting customers
- Validating issues and performing functional testing to validate fixes that relate to cases
- Develop a strong understanding of Bringg and its components
- Understanding customer needs including relevant features and configuration requests
- Manage production incidents including communicating to internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting on customer performance and monitoring usage to assist with implementation and support activities
- Assist in knowledge transfer and documentation across the company and to our customers
- Continually improve the support process to ensure the best service is provided in an efficient and effective manner
Skills / Experience Requirements
- 2+ years experience in L2 or L3 application support for Web & Mobile platforms
- Proven experience using SQL at an intermediate level
- Proven track record working with REST APIs
- High level of English (a must!) with both strong written and oral communication skills
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (advantage)
- Customer-oriented with customer-facing experience
- Experience working in operationally critical environments in high-pressure situations

1. Salesforce Configuration:
- Create custom fields on Contact object: Registration_Token__c (text, unique), Token_Used__c (checkbox), Registration_URL__c (formula field)
- Generate 200 unique random tokens for existing Contact records
- Create formula field that combines token with our website URL
- Export CSV with: Contact Email, Name, Registration_URL for Mailchimp integration
2. Registration Web Page:
- Simple HTML/JavaScript form hosted on our website (globalmaritimeforum.org)
- Fields: Full Name, Company, Job Title, Dietary Requirements, Planned Arrival Date
- Extract token from URL parameter (?token=xyz)

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Trainer/Instructor to join an educational project in Oman.
The trainer will work with groups of students and early-career professionals, delivering on-site training and developing educational programs aligned with real industry needs.This role involves not only teaching but also contributing to curriculum development, assessing student progress, and collaborating closely with the academy team. The training approach follows a 30% theory / 70% practice model, with a strong focus on hands-on experience and real-world use cases.
The position is offered on a 1-year contract with relocation to Oman.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend development.
- Practical experience working with Angular.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of modern approaches to building user interfaces.
- Experience in mentoring, conducting code reviews, and working with junior developers.
- Strong interest in teaching, training, or technical mentorship.
- Ability to work with groups and effectively engage an audience.
- Training is delivered in English; the level of English must be sufficient to conduct classes and communicate with students.
