Working Schedule Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (CET)

What you’ll do

- Respond to incoming customer support tickets in English 

- Monitor and process incoming emails 

- Provide customer responses using established templates and guidelines 

- Maintain response times in accordance with internal standards 

- Work with internal tools, including email, the admin panel, and AI-assisted support tools 

- Take on additional support-related responsibilities as the role evolves

Most animations are expected to be completed within 2 days, with more complex concepts taking up to 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
Create polished character animations in Maya for mobile game ad creatives.
Work with Studio Library and existing animation assets.
Animate Royal Match-style characters and concepts based on creative briefs and references.
Maintain a high quality bar while meeting fast production timelines.
Communicate clearly with the team in English.
Requirements
