iForAI is an AI consulting and implementation partner that helps organizations become AI-first. We work across the full adoption journey: AI enablement through hands-on training and workshops, defining AI strategy and prioritizing use cases, and delivering custom AI solutions alongside client teams.

With 150+ projects delivered, 1,500+ employees trained, and a 56% average increase in AI readiness across our clients, we've helped companies like Expedia, New Relic, and Amdocs turn AI from an idea into a working part of how their teams operate.

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager to own the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive our AI projects to completion. This role is focused on the US market. You’ll work a flexible 8-hour day, with occasional calls running up to 10 PM (UA time) to overlap with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for your project, turning requirements into clear priorities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and unblocked
• Report progress, budget, and quality to leadership and clients, with full visibility into where things stand
• Spot risks and blockers early, resolve what you can, and escalate the rest at the right moment

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing software delivery/project management projects, ideally including time in a lean or startup-style team where you worked hands-on with engineers
• Technical fluency: You don't need to write code, but you're comfortable enough in architecture and system-design discussions to make a technical call yourself - not just carry a technical lead's answer back to the client
• OR Client Ownership: Experience owning a technical solution end-to-end directly with client stakeholders — not just reporting status, but shaping the solution with them
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
• SDLC: Working knowledge of the software development life cycle
• English: C1 or higher
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at all levels of the organization, including difficult conversations

• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams
• Team Management: Successful experience managing a project team
• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills

• AI Mindset: You already use AI tools daily as part of how you run your own work — be ready to give a specific example of something you automated or replaced.
• Active use of AI tools today, or a genuine drive to adopt them

Nice to Have

• Pre-sale / discovery exposure
• Mentoring of junior PMs

Hiring Process

• Recruiter interview: we'll talk about your professional background, the specifics of the position we are offering, and address any questions you might have.
• Tech interview: a deeper look into your project management experience, soft skills, and problem-solving approach.
• Interview with leadership: a conversation covering strategic direction and how the role fits into the company's vision.
• Feedback
• Job offer

Location: Remote. You must overlap at least 4 hours a day with EU working hours. Our core team is in Spain and Portugal.

Reports to: the operating co-founder (CEO), working daily with the other co-founders on M&A and the platform.

About GetDeal

GetDeal sells companies (sell-side M&A) and raises capital for startups. We run a live deal platform and active client mandates. The company is AI-native: a small founding team works with a fleet of AI agents that run from one shared operating system. The agents prepare daily priorities and reports, track client commitments and deal pipelines, and run research and outreach. People set direction, make decisions and are accountable for the result.

Why this role exists

Each client mandate, fundraising campaign and internal initiative is a project with a scope, deadlines, commitments to counterparties, a budget and several people and agents doing the work. Right now the founders hold these projects together themselves. We need one person who runs them as projects: who owns what, by when, at what cost, what is at risk. That person tells us early when something is slipping.

What you'll own

- Run every workstream as a project: scope, plan, owners, milestones, budget, risks, definition of done. Keep a status that anyone can read in a minute.

- Manage people. Assign work to founders, contractors and outside partners (lawyers, designers, freelancers), follow up and unblock, and hold the deadline.

- Own the budget lines you run: tools, contractors, campaigns. Plan them, track actuals, and flag variance before it turns into a problem.

- Track client delivery. Contract milestones and commitments to sell-side and fundraising clients are met, and nothing is promised without an owner.

- Own the operating rhythm. Run daily priorities and the weekly review, and turn every internal call into tracked tasks the same day.

- Direct the AI agents. Give them clear briefs with acceptance criteria, review what they produce, and decide what is good enough to reach a client. You are the one who checks.

- When something keeps repeating, turn it into a documented process the next person or agent can run.

What you bring

- 3+ years in project, delivery or operations management where the work ran as projects. You can walk us through specific projects: the scope, the team, the timeline, the budget, and what actually happened.

- You have managed people: a team, contractors or cross-functional stakeholders, with personal accountability for their deadlines and quality.

- You have owned a budget: planned it, tracked actuals, explained the variance.

- Project thinking by default. Given any goal, you break it into scope, milestones, owners, risks and a definition of done, even when nobody asked for a plan.

- Daily hands-on work with AI, beyond chat. You have delegated real work to AI agents or automations (for example Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude with tools, n8n, Make, Zapier). You can show one workflow you built and explain how you checked its output.

- Fluent written and spoken English for work with international clients and partners.

Nice to have

- M&A, investment banking, venture or B2B SaaS.

- GitHub Issues, Linear, Jira or similar trackers; comfort with Markdown and basic scripting.

- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification, as a complement to real delivered projects.

- Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish.

How we work

- Transparency: status and data are kept simple to read and never too big to read.

- Honesty: we share bad news first, and fast.

- Trust, but verify: information is checked before it goes to a person or a client.

You will work directly with the founders across M&A, fundraising and the platform.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note (300 words or fewer), or a 3–5 minute Loom, about one project you ran:

1. The goal, the team, the timeline and the budget.

2. What you personally did to keep it on track, including one thing that went wrong and how you handled it.

3. The result, and where AI tools or agents did part of the work.

VitaUp is an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry, actively growing its e-commerce business across global markets. Our brands compete alongside established market leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist who will manage the import of dietary supplements into the US market — from supplier and customs compliance to on-time delivery into our warehouses and Amazon fulfillment network.

This is a Middle-level role — not a junior logistics-coordinator position. We need someone who understands the full mechanics of US supplement imports, not just tracks shipments.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and import of dietary supplements — from supplier coordination to delivery at destination (3PL / Amazon FBA).
• Ensure compliance with US import requirements for supplements: FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration, and related documentation.
• Review HTS/HS code classification, duties, and landed-cost calculations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers (sea and air) and manage the full documentation flow: purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, COA.
• Work with suppliers on production timelines, quality control, and packaging/labeling specs (Supplement Facts panel).
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts.
• Identify and address risks in the supply chain (delays, customs holds, quality issues) and propose solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain status and cost/efficiency metrics for management.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or import operations, ideally with dietary supplements or another FDA-regulated product category.
• Solid understanding of US import processes: customs clearance, HTS classification, duties, and supplement-specific compliance (FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration).
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
• Experience with Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central, FBA) is a strong advantage; experience with other marketplaces or purely B2B/wholesale supply chains is also welcome.
• Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with supply chain or inventory-planning tools is a plus.
• English — B2, sufficient for working with international suppliers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to manage multiple shipments/suppliers in parallel.

Nice to have

• Direct experience sourcing from China-based manufacturers (negotiation, QC checkpoints, COA review).
• Knowledge of supplement labeling regulations (Supplement Facts, FDA requirements).
• Experience with recognized US 3PLs (e.g., ShipBob, ShipMonk, ShipCalm).
• Understanding of Section 301 tariffs and duty-optimization strategies.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation, depending on experience.
• The opportunity to join an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry and gain Hands-on experience with US import compliance, e-commerce logistics, and marketplace operations
• Ownership of real supply chain decisions, not just operational execution.
• Opportunities for professional growth within an international, fast-scaling business.

Nice to haves

• Loyalty product, MarTech, or B2B SaaS experience preferred.

What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand documentation needs and user workflows, then design documentation architecture and automation patterns that serve multiple audiences – end users, developers, and system integrators.

• Build and refine prompt templates, style guides, and content models that enable developers and writers to generate consistent, high-quality documentation at scale.
• Write, edit, and review documentation to model excellence, validate automation output quality, and identify patterns that strengthen prompts and templates.
• Measure documentation impact using analytics and user feedback to identify gaps and inform improvements to the automation system, content strategy, and documentation approach.
• Document all systems, configurations, prompts, and decision logic thoroughly so the team can maintain, evolve, and improve the automation system independently.
