Project Manager (Web / Software Projects)

We’re hiring a Project Manager who can run 10–15 client projects at once and keep them all moving.
 

You’ll own delivery end to end: scope, timeline, budget, team coordination and client communication. If you like a fast pace and clear ownership, and you enjoy seeing projects ship, read on.
 

About us

Altum is a Ukrainian design and development team of about 25 people, fully remote. We build websites and digital products for startups and mid-sized businesses. 
 

What you’ll do

• Run 10–15 projects in parallel. Typical mix: website builds from scratch (45%), support tickets (25%), website design (15%), software development (15%)
• Define scope, deliverables and estimates with clients and the team
• Build project plans with timelines, milestones and who works on what
• Track progress and catch risks early, before they reach the client
• Be the main contact for clients: status updates, regular calls, reports
• Coordinate designers, developers and QA, and keep everyone unblocked
• Keep budgets and hours under control
• Run a retro after each launch and use what you learn to improve how we work

What we’re looking for

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, written and spoken. You’ll talk to US and EU clients every day
• Solid PM basics: planning, timelines, budgets, team setup, 
• Organized and detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks
• Clear communicator who can negotiate scope and deadlines
• Self-driven and quick to learn

Nice to have

• PM experience at a web or IT agency
• Technical understanding (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, how dev work is done)
• Your own network of freelancers
