We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io). We run cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach for B2B clients. We have never run Meta or Facebook ads before. This is a real, from-zero build, and you would own it end to end. If it works, it becomes one of our main lead channels, and your role and budget grow with your results.

Your daily tasks:

1. Set up our first Meta Ads account and pixel.

2. Build our first audiences and campaigns from scratch.

3. Test, optimize, and report results every week.

4. Manage budget carefully and report real numbers: cost per lead, results, spend.

What we need from you:

- Real experience building a Meta Ads account from zero, not just optimizing an account someone else built. You can explain your real starting budget and real cost-per-lead from a self-built account.

Reporting & Client Collaboration

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, including pacing, KPI performance, and next-step recommendations

We're looking for a hands-on video editor who turns raw footage into scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube - for an app built for US truck drivers.

What you'll do:

• Edit short-form videos (15–60 sec) from blogger footage, UGC, app screen recordings, and team ideas - app demos, "how-to" clips, UGC cuts

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow Drawer’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
• Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content, including posts, short videos, graphics, customer stories, product updates, and educational content.
• Build and manage a strong community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions across all social platforms.
• Identify happy customers and encourage advocacy by collecting testimonials, success stories, reviews, and user-generated content.
• Monitor industry conversations and actively participate in relevant communities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to create meaningful content.
• Generate creative ideas that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Track social media performance and continuously optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior.
• Help establish Drawer as a recognizable and trusted brand within the electrical construction industry.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing company social media accounts.
• Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and ideally LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging technical and product-focused content.
• Experience building online communities and managing conversations across social platforms.
• Understanding of content planning, social media analytics, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to independently organize a content calendar and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
• Experience working closely with design, marketing, and product teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English (C1).

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Experience managing technical or engineering-focused brands.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
