SMM Specialist

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team and help build a strong online presence across social media channels. If you enjoy creating engaging AI-powered content, staying ahead of digital trends, and collaborating closely with business leaders to drive brand awareness and lead generation — we’d love to hear from you.
 

Core Competence:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role for at least 1 year.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and current content marketing best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools at a strong Junior+ level or higher.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly collaborative mindset.
• Creative thinking with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for IT, AI, Web Development, or technology-related industries.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking, and content optimization strategies.
• Understanding of modern AI tools and trends in digital marketing.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
   

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales team to align social media initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and execute a content plan featuring AI-generated content, engaging visuals, social posts, and video formats.
• Generate creative content ideas and continuously improve content quality and engagement.
• Create simple video content for social media channels, including reels, shorts, stories, and similar formats.
• Research emerging social media trends and incorporate them into content and video strategies.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze results, and propose improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media, AI, and Web Development industry trends and best practices.
