SMM Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a SMM Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands;

- Proven experience in sports, esports industries;

- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making;

- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level;

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Will be plus

- Experience working with AI tools;

- Skills in Figma and Photoshop;

- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion.

- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

Responsibilities:

- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram);

- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy;

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs;

- Creating and maintaining content plans;

- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users;

- Planning and reporting.
