Founding Community Builder

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brand that's building something much bigger than a supplement company.

The founders believe the product is only one part of the business. Their long-term vision is to create a community where ambitious entrepreneurs, founders, creators, and high performers come to learn, connect, and build meaningful relationships.
 

We're looking for the person who will help build that community from the ground up.

This isn't a moderation role.

This isn't a traditional social media job.

It's an opportunity to shape the culture of a community before it exists.
 

What You'll Do

• Build and grow an engaged community of entrepreneurs, founders, and ambitious professionals.
• Create conversations that people genuinely want to join.
• Develop recurring community rituals, discussions, challenges, AMAs, and events that keep members coming back.
• Become one of the recognizable voices of the brand across social media, community platforms, comments, and DMs.
• Turn followers into active community members and active members into advocates.
• Build relationships with creators, founders, and community members.
• Work closely with the founders to understand what the community needs and where it should evolve.
• Capture patterns, recurring questions, and insights from the community and turn them into recommendations for content, product, and marketing.
• Help shape the overall community strategy as the company grows.
• Publish content across social channels and actively participate in conversations around entrepreneurship, health, and performance.

Ideally, you:

• Have experience building or growing communities, online or offline.
• Are genuinely interested in entrepreneurship, personal growth, health, and performance.
• Feel comfortable engaging with founders and business owners as a peer.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Know how to build trust and meaningful relationships online.
• Think in systems and can turn community feedback into actionable insights.
• Are proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup.
• Are comfortable representing the brand publicly and appearing on camera when needed.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience building founder, creator, startup, or membership communities.
• Experience working with creator partnerships or ambassador programs.
• Experience in wellness, lifestyle, consumer brands, or startups.
• Experience running community events, masterminds, workshops, or online groups.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Discord, Circle, Slack, or similar community platforms.
