We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to build and grow Drawer’s presence across social media. This role is much more than scheduling posts - you’ll become the voice of our brand, create engaging content, build an active community, and turn customers into product advocates.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to make our social channels a place where people genuinely want to follow, engage, and talk about Drawer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow Drawer’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content, including posts, short videos, graphics, customer stories, product updates, and educational content.
- Build and manage a strong community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions across all social platforms.
- Identify happy customers and encourage advocacy by collecting testimonials, success stories, reviews, and user-generated content.
- Monitor industry conversations and actively participate in relevant communities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to create meaningful content.
- Generate creative ideas that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Track social media performance and continuously optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior.
- Help establish Drawer as a recognizable and trusted brand within the electrical construction industry.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing company social media accounts.
- Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and ideally LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging technical and product-focused content.
- Experience building online communities and managing conversations across social platforms.
- Understanding of content planning, social media analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to independently organize a content calendar and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
- Experience working closely with design, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced English (C1).
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience managing technical or engineering-focused brands.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.).
- Interest in AI, construction, architecture, engineering, or electrical industries.
