    The mission of this role is simple but impactful: ensure full financial control and transparency by maintaining timely settlements, accurate reconciliations, and smart fund distribution across all operational accounts.

     

    What you’ll be doing:

    - Balance Reconciliation: Daily monitoring and reconciliation of balances across multiple PSPs (Payment Service Providers). Identifying and resolving discrepancies between internal ledgers and provider statements.

    - Settlement Management: Managing the full cycle of settlement requests. Ensuring funds are withdrawn from PSPs according to schedule and successfully received in corporate accounts.

    -Liquidity Management (Top-ups): Proactively managing float levels. Initiating timely top-ups for payout methods to prevent any operational downtime.

    - PSP Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for PSP finance departments regarding settlement delays, fee disputes, and rolling reserve releases.

    - Reporting: Maintaining accurate Cash Flow records and providing daily/weekly reports on available liquidity and pending settlements.

     

    It’s a great match if you have:

    - Experience: 1+ years in Treasury, Reconciliation, or FinOps.

    - Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIFS, complex data manipulation).

    - Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of PSP mechanics (MDR, Rolling Reserve, Chargebacks).

      • Multithreading and asynchronous programming;
      • Memory management and performance optimization;
