Key Responsibilities:

• Drive high-priority projects from brief to completion with clear timelines and deliverables
• Track all active projects, identify blockers early, and ensure consistent progress
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across marketing, operations, and tech
• Build and implement SOPs for recurring processes to ensure consistent execution
• Develop scalable operational frameworks and improve inefficient workflows
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them through structured systems, not workarounds
• Own Notion as the central operational hub: structure, maintain, and keep it up to date
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to reflect real-time operations
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with owners and deadlines
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and proper follow-through
• Support growth, monetization, and automation initiatives through execution and research
• Prepare concise, actionable insights to support decision-making
• Document processes, workflows, and recurring tasks clearly
• Build and maintain a scalable knowledge base for team efficiency and onboarding
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years in operations, business development or a similar execution-focused role
• Excellent English С1, written and verbal
• Proven experience building and rolling out SOPs across a team, not just writing them for yourself
• Аbility to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without dropping quality
• Strong understanding of how marketing and growth operations work
• Fast, structured and precise. You do not need things repeated and you do not make the same mistake twice
• Ownership mentality over processes and projects, not people
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar
• Experience with Notion
• Background in media, newsletters, affiliate, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Sheets, or Airtable alongside Notion

About the Role
The Abbi Agency is looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio — destination marketing organizations, hospitality brands, financial services, and more — designing and building polished, high-performing websites that move the needle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable in Figma and a CMS, and who takes pride in delivering work that's both beautiful and functional.

What You'll Do

Design and build full websites in WordPress and/or Webflow from concept through launch
Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into compelling web experiences
Collaborate with our digital team on UX, layout, and content structure
Produce motion and micro-animation elements to elevate key pages and interactions
Maintain design consistency across multiple client brands simultaneously
Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating full-site web design work (WordPress and/or Webflow required)
Expert-level Figma skills — from wireframes to production-ready design files
Hands-on CMS experience: theme customization, page builders (Elementor, ACF, Oxygen, etc.), and/or Webflow Designer
Experience with motion design and animation (CSS, Lottie, Webflow interactions, or similar)
Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an agency environment
Strong written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have

Experience working with destination marketing or tourism brands
Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience working within brand systems for multiple clients
