Web Designer

About the Role
The Abbi Agency is looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio — destination marketing organizations, hospitality brands, financial services, and more — designing and building polished, high-performing websites that move the needle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable in Figma and a CMS, and who takes pride in delivering work that's both beautiful and functional.

What You'll Do

Design and build full websites in WordPress and/or Webflow from concept through launch
Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into compelling web experiences
Collaborate with our digital team on UX, layout, and content structure
Produce motion and micro-animation elements to elevate key pages and interactions
Maintain design consistency across multiple client brands simultaneously
Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating full-site web design work (WordPress and/or Webflow required)
Expert-level Figma skills — from wireframes to production-ready design files
Hands-on CMS experience: theme customization, page builders (Elementor, ACF, Oxygen, etc.), and/or Webflow Designer
Experience with motion design and animation (CSS, Lottie, Webflow interactions, or similar)
Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an agency environment
Strong written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have

Experience working with destination marketing or tourism brands
Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience working within brand systems for multiple clients
