Key Objective of the Role

Build and grow a community of TikTok affiliates (creators) who consistently drive sales, content, and brand profitability in the UK and US markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source, select, and onboard affiliates for TikTok Shop UK/US.
• Community development — create an engaging environment where creators feel motivated, excited, and eager to produce more content.
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates: ability to connect, maintain loyalty, and negotiate optimal terms (more videos, better rates, etc.).

This role is responsible for the strategic positioning of Kitsoft and its products, brand development in Ukrainian and international markets, and transforming marketing into a function that directly influences sales, partnerships, and business growth.
