Middle AI Video Editor – Performance Ads (DTC Health Brand)

EcoNatura is a DTC company for natural health and personal care products, selling around 90,000 units a year. Our main markets are Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and we’re also growing in the US. We advertise on Meta, TikTok and especially Pinterest.

The role
We’re looking for a highly motivated video editor who creates performance ads that sell. About 90% of our videos are AI-generated. You’ll combine AI footage, medical animations (how a product works in the body, anatomy scenes, before/after visuals), voiceovers and captions into short, high-converting ads in 9:16 and 4:5.

What you’ll do

• Turn our scripts into finished ads, including hooks, pacing, captions, sound design and CTA
• Create AI scenes and medical animations in Higgsfield (Kling, Veo, Seedance, Nano Banana etc.)
• Produce voiceovers with ElevenLabs
• Build several hook variations per concept for testing
• Improve based on our ad performance data (what wins, what doesn’t)
