Lead Data Analyst (New iGaming Product)

We are a fast-growing, ambitious iGaming startup operating in Tier-1 markets. We are launching a new product and looking for a strong Lead Data Analyst  who will design and build our data infrastructure from scratch, set up end-to-end reporting, and drive product growth through actionable insights.

If you know how to architect a modern data stack for a new product, build intuitive BI dashboards, and turn raw data into strategic business decisions - this role is for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design the data pipeline model, data warehouse structure, and tracking framework for our new product in close collaboration with the Data Engineer.
• Create actionable, clear BI dashboards (reporting, cohort analysis, funnel visualization, LTV/CAC modeling) for key stakeholders.
• Define, track, and analyze core iGaming metrics (retention, monetization, user journeys) to uncover growth opportunities.
• Establish single-source-of-truth standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the company.

• Work closely with C-level leadership to translate analytical findings into clear business strategies and product improvements.

   

🔹 Requirements:

• Hands-on experience designing and setting up data architecture/infrastructure from scratch for a new product or platform.
• Strong experience building scalable BI dashboards and reports that non-technical teams can easily use.
• Deep understanding of product and business metrics in iGaming/Gaming (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, Player Value, NGR/GGR).
• Advanced SQL, conceptual understanding of DWH, ETL/ELT workflows, and modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics with experience or readiness to lead the analytics function.

• English - B1 or higher. Proficiency in Ukrainian is a strong asset.
