Meeting Setter (LinkedIn outreach to US B2B buyers)
CR8 (cr8.eco) is a small Berlin agency that runs LinkedIn ads and outreach for B2B companies, mostly in the US. I'm Bogdan, the founder. I wrote the LinkedIn ads playbook in Kyle Poyar's newsletter Growth Unhinged (85,000+ subscribers), won the 2026 Clay GTM hackathon in Berlin, and spent 2.5 years at Accenture before that.
I'm looking for one person in Ukraine to book meetings for me.
What you'll do
- Write to founders and marketing leaders at US companies who already know me: my LinkedIn connections, and people who liked my posts or engaged with my ads.
- You write from my LinkedIn account, through HeyReach (an outreach inbox). You never get my password.
- Every message is written by hand for one person. No templates, no mass sends.
- Reply to answers fast, handle the first questions, and book a 30-minute call with me in my calendar.
- From week 2 or 3: short phone calls to warm leads who asked for it or went quiet after a reply.
- Log everything in one tracker. 15 minutes with me once a week.
What you need
- At least 1 year of B2B outbound (LinkedIn messages, email or calls) to US or UK buyers.
- Written English that a marketing head in Boston would not notice. Spoken English that is easy to follow.
- About 15 hours a week, and at least some of them between 16:00 and 20:00 Kyiv time on weekdays, when US buyers are online.
- A registered FOP (group 3), or you are ready to register one before the trial.
- Stable internet and a power backup plan.
Nice to have
- HeyReach, Sales Navigator, or a similar tool.
- You sold software or services to founders before.
Pay
- $600 a month base for about 15 hours a week (about $9 an hour).
- $40 for every held meeting with a good-fit buyer.
- 5% of the first 3 months of fees on every client you bring in (for example $600 on a $4,000 a month client).
- Monthly invoice in USD.
How hiring works
1. Apply by Wed Nov 11.
2. The best 5 to 8 do a paid test, $50, about 90 minutes, Nov 12 to 17: three written LinkedIn messages and a 5-minute mock phone call with me.
3. Short interviews Nov 18 to 19.
4. Two people do a paid 2-week trial from Mon Nov 23. One continues.
How to apply
Apply here on Djinni. In your cover letter, include two things:
1. A link to a voice note, about 2 minutes, in English (Google Drive, Dropbox, Loom or similar): tell me about one meeting you booked with a US buyer. Who it was, how you got the reply, what happened next.
2. A first LinkedIn message to the prospect below, written as if you are me. Under 300 characters.
The prospect (fictional, every fact you need is here): Dana Whitfield, VP Marketing at Brightline, a 120-person US company that sells HR software. She joined in September from a bigger HR software company. Six days ago she liked my post "I scanned 350 HR tech ads this year". Brightline runs 14 LinkedIn ads this month, most of them for a webinar on pay transparency. We are already connected on LinkedIn. Write the first message.
What good looks like: 3 or more held meetings a month by mid-January. If that happens, the role grows: more hours, and later my clients' pipelines. No promises before then.
