We are now looking for a Product Content Lead - someone who will help us turn product and educational content into a systematic direction with clear ownership, scalable processes, quality standards, and direct impact on product metrics.

About the role:

At Zutobi, content is not a supporting function. It is the foundation of our product.

We don’t just sell access to lessons or tests. We sell a learning experience: we take complex, often boring driving education content and make it clear, engaging, and useful for users.

Today, there is already a clear understanding across the company that we need to work with content more systematically. However, there is currently no single owner with enough focus, mandate, and responsibility to drive this direction end-to-end.

That is why we are looking for someone who will build a content operating model for Permit App and Permit Web: from audit, research, quality standards, and content roadmap to course update processes, content QA, AI-assisted automation, delegated execution, and impact analysis.

This role is not about manually editing every piece of content. It is about building a system where content is regularly updated, improved, tested, and connected to product goals.

Requirements:

• Experience working with product, educational, or digital content as a Content Manager, Content Lead, Product Content Manager, or similar role.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, "what's the best LMS for a 200-person behavioral health company?" — your job is to make sure EducateMe is in the answer. That's the whole role: owning how AI assistants see, describe, and recommend us.

This is not a content manager position. Content production is ~30% of the job, and even that part is operating our AI content engine (Claude-based pipeline): prompting, editing, injecting real customer specifics, shipping. Nobody here writes articles from scratch since we operate the AI-powered content engine

What you'll own:

The channel and its number. Your KPI is AI-attributed demos/month, with citation share on our target prompt set as the leading indicator.

1. On-site assets — run the AI content engine: comparison and alternative pages, pricing content, question pages, case studies. You maintain the money pages that AI assistants cite.
2. Off-site presence — manage the Reddit agency relationship, pitch industry listicles (eLearning Industry and similar), own our G2/Capterra profiles and the review pipeline (with our CSM), keep the YouTube listing-video cadence running.
3. Measurement — monthly money-prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode; demo attribution analysis; a monthly "what moved and why" readout to the founder.
4. Sales enablement spillover — case studies, one-pagers, and snippets flowing to our outbound SDR and founder-led deals. The same assets serve both.

Requirements

• AI-native. Daily user of ChatGPT/Claude — you have an intuition for how AI assistants compose answers and pick what to recommend.
• Channel ownership experience. You've run a growth channel to a measurable result: traffic, leads, revenue. Any channel counts, including your own project (a site, a community, a Telegram channel you grew).
• Data-comfortable. You read analytics without hand-holding and find answers in data yourself.
• Strong written English (C1). Editing and judgment matter more than prose.
• Generalist mindset. Content, community, and measurement in one role: you switch between them daily.

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer (Squad Lead) to join a fast-paced, AI-first environment where AI is already a core part of how the company operates. This is not a role where you’ll be adding an AI feature to an existing product or experimenting with isolated prototypes. You’ll take real business challenges, work directly with stakeholders to understand what needs to change, and turn those problems into production-grade AI agents and applications — end to end, from idea and POC to deployment and continuous improvement.

This is a deeply hands-on role with significant autonomy and ownership. You’ll work with modern GenAI and agentic technologies, use AI-native development workflows daily, and see the impact of your solutions quickly. As the squad grows, you’ll also guide other engineers while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and applications from concept through production.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines for data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and LLM orchestration.
• Write high-quality backend and frontend code to embed AI into user-facing tools and internal platforms.
• Build APIs and integrations with internal systems (CRM, databases, third-party services) for seamless automation and data flow.
• Work with structured, unstructured, and vectorized data to support intelligent workflows and decision-making.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and iterate to improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, observable, cloud-based solutions.
• Own production systems, including debugging, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-impact solutions.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend or full-stack).
• Proven daily use of AI-native development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for production systems.
• Hands-on experience building production AI agents, including RAG, multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, structured outputs/validation, memory, and workflow management.
• Experience with agent orchestration and evaluation frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel or equivalent).
• Track record of deploying LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong backend and modern frontend development skills for complex workflows.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and designing scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding pipelines.
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, observability, and security best practices.
• Experience leading small development teams or owning a technical domain.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building AI systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

The Governance Team is looking for an Infographic / Presentation Designer to support the creation, beautification, and professional polishing of business presentations and reports.

The main focus of the role is to transform business information, data, and complex ideas into clear, visually engaging, and professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to different audiences, including management and leadership.

The designer will work closely with R&A team members and business stakeholders to ensure that presentations effectively communicate key messages through strong visual storytelling, infographics, layouts, and consistent corporate design.

The role also includes formatting and visual improvement of Microsoft Word documents and, where required, supporting content presentation in Confluence.

Responsibilities:

- Create, beautify and professionally polish Microsoft PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate design standards and business requirements.
- Transform complex business information, data, and ideas into clear, concise, and engaging visual stories.
- Create infographics, diagrams, charts, timelines, process flows, and other visual elements for presentations and reports.
