Senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Consultant (German-speaking)

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Consultant for a German IT consultancy that delivers ServiceNow projects to clients ranging from mid-sized companies to large enterprises, across many industries. You will design and build ITOM and CMDB solutions that give clients end-to-end visibility of their hybrid IT. You will also advise decision-makers on their roadmap. If you want to be a trusted advisor as well as a hands-on architect, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Design CMDB and CSDM architectures that act as a single source of truth and are ready for AI use cases
• Use Discovery, Service Mapping and integrations to give end-to-end visibility across hybrid IT
• Turn alerts into actionable insights with Event Management and AIOps approaches
• Model services rather than systems to support impact analysis and automation
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features, including Generative AI such as Now Assist for ITOM
• Advise decision-makers, run workshops and build roadmaps for mid-sized and large organisations

What you bring

• Several years of ServiceNow ITOM experience: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB
• Strong knowledge of CSDM and service-oriented architecture design
• Experience with IRE, Patterns and integrations such as Service Graph Connectors
• Comfort working with both enterprise stakeholders and mid-sized businesses
• Fluent German

Nice to have:

• CIS Discovery or CIS Event Management certification
• First experience with AIOps or Generative AI
