As a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for entire product areas — not isolated features. You'll work as part of the team rather than above it: deciding what's worth improving, making it happen together with engineering and design, and staying accountable for the result.

 

What will you do: 

• Own your product areas end to end: understand how they work today, find what holds them back, and drive the improvements that matter most.

We are looking for a strong CRM Lead to join our CVM Department and take full ownership of an established and fully functional CRM team.

Our CRM team is not simply about sending campaigns. The function is structured around different stages of the Customer Lifecycle, including Onboarding, Churn, Loyal, and other lifecycle areas.

We have a transparent grading system from Junior to Senior, close collaboration with the Analytics team, including an ML function, data enrichment through a CDP, and sophisticated cascading A/B testing.

What You’ll Do

Team Management

• Set team goals and priorities, monitor execution, and allocate resources effectively.
