Pre-Sales Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer.

About the Project

AskUI develops AI-powered test automation solutions, including AskUI Desktop and AgentOS, helping companies automate testing across desktop, web, and HMI applications.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical discovery calls with QA leads, test managers, and engineering teams.

- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos of AskUI Desktop and AgentOS.

- Plan and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) with clear success criteria.

- Build initial automations for customer use cases, including HMI, desktop, and web applications.

- Answer technical questions, security questionnaires, and RFPs.

- Support the handover to the onboarding team after deals are closed.

- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

- Support events, webinars, and trade fairs by delivering live demos.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Test Automation Engineer.

- Good knowledge of test automation and QA processes.

- Python skills, with the ability to write and debug scripts independently.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.

- Fluent German and English.

- Willingness to travel to customers across the DACH region and Europe.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, or Tosca.

- Experience with AI agents or LLMs.
