We are looking for a responsible (meaning: you take responsibility for your words and agreements) and mature (meaning: you understand what ownership means) person who wants to grow into a strong Project Manager within 2β3 years.
This is NOT a position for someone who just wants to βtry PMβ.
This is for someone who wants to influence processes, help people perform better, and keep projects under control. You might not have PM experience yet. That is fine. What is not fine: avoiding responsibility, blaming others, being passive, waiting for instructions etc.
In this position you will work closely with Team Lead and Designers. You will be mentored and guided. Your growth depends on how fast you absorb feedback and implement it.

Main Directions
πΈ Support design team of 7 designers and different project difficulty
πΈ Coordinate communication clients - designers
πΈ Assist in weekly and sprint planning together with Team Lead
πΈ Track deadlines and monitor task progress in task manager
πΈ Break down tasks into clear, manageable steps
πΈ Follow up on agreements and ensure commitments are met
πΈ Prepare weekly client status updates and short call recaps
πΈ Clarify missing materials and necessary inputs from clients
πΈ Keep main tools and documentation structured and organized
πΈ Support internal process improvements and gradually take more ownership under supervision
