What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• Strong expertise in AL and C/AL development
• Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and performance optimization
• Solid background in integrations, APIs, and background processing (NAS tasks)
• Good knowledge of .NET, T-SQL, and Git (Azure DevOps is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with focus on code quality and automation
• Good spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Respectful communication and willingness to support teammates
   

Technical skills you’ll need:

• Strong experience with AL and C/AL development
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• .NET (C#) and T-SQL
• Integrations (APIs, external systems)
• Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and performance optimization
   

Your typical tasks list:

• Develop and customize Business Central extensions using AL
• Configure pages, workflows, and reports based on business needs
• Build integrations with external systems and APIs
• Troubleshoot and improve existing solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in code reviews
