Recruiter / Talent Sourcer
The company is looking for a modern, energetic, Full-Time/Part-time Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who can find strong candidates for long-term roles in an international e-commerce business.
We need someone who can source not only through standard platforms, but also through non-standard channels: LinkedIn, Upwork, DOU, niche communities, e.g. reddit, referrals, professional groups, social networks, and direct passive-candidate outreach.
The recruiter should understand IT, e-commerce, AI tools, automation, operations, and modern digital workflows well enough to evaluate candidates for roles such as:
- Business / Operations Manager
- Technical Operations / Systems Integration Specialist
- E-commerce Project Manager
- IT / AI / Automation Assistant
- Founder-Support and Operations roles
- Other e-commerce and operational specialists
The ideal recruiter is proactive, fast, critical-thinking, structured, and independent. They should not simply collect CVs, but filter aggressively and present only candidates who are genuinely worth interviewing.
The main deliverable is a decision-ready shortlist: clear candidate summaries, strengths, risks, salary expectations, availability, fit score, and a short recommendation for each candidate.
We are looking for a long-term recruiting partner who can help the company build a stronger team, improve hiring quality, and find people who are smart, reliable, modern, tech-aware, and capable of growing with the business.
