• Own SQL acceleration features end-to-end — from design to implementation and measurable performance impact
• Implement and optimize Big Data processing algorithms across Scala, Java, and C++

• Work with custom DSL and code generation systems to extend query execution capabilities
• Contribute to cross-language integrations (Java ↔ C++ via JNI) and overall system performance improvements

About the Project:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven hands-on experience with blockchain / web3 products (must-have)
• Strong track record of delivering products or complex features end-to-end
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong requirements management skills (gathering, structuring, and translating into development tasks)
• Understanding of web3 fundamentals: transactions, gas fees, wallets, and smart contract interactions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design)
• Ability to drive delivery in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Experience with planning, estimation, and timeline management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
