We are looking for a Middle Computer Vision / Visual Navigation Engineer to improve and extend our GPS-independent navigation stack.

This is a hands-on R&D role: you work with real flight data, bring algorithms from experimentation to production, and collaborate closely with software and flight teams. Day to day you balance navigation and CV development, post-flight analysis, sensor calibration, and integration work. The role suits someone who is comfortable with classical geometry-based CV, modern feature pipelines, and turning prototypes into stable behavior on constrained hardware.

• Improve existing visual-inertial navigation on real UAV platforms - both copters and planes
• Develop and refine algorithms for estimating position and orientation from camera and onboard sensor data

  • Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.
• Data & Optimization:
  • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.

📈Your Responsibilities: 
Lead the frontend development team: plan sprints, distribute tasks, track delivery and quality  

Drive architectural decisions for the frontend layer, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability  

Own and enforce code quality standards through systematic code reviews and automated quality gates (SonarQube)  

Collaborate closely with UX, Product Owners, Backend leads and stakeholders to shape technical solutions

Strong understanding of performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility and adaptive/responsive design

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale the company's marketing organization.

This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution. You will oversee all major marketing functions, including CRM, Affiliate Marketing, Organic Growth, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience working in iGaming or Betting, understands performance-driven marketing, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where building teams and improving processes are equally important as delivering business results.

You will work directly with the CEO and Executive Team and play a key role in shaping the company's future growth strategy.
 

GOALS FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS

• Conduct a full audit of current marketing operations, team structure, channels, and performance
