Senior Amazon Account Manager
Our client is a growing Amazon management agency handling end-to-end Amazon operations for consumer brands. We don’t just manage ads. We manage businesses — revenue, inventory, listings, strategy, and growth. Our clients trust us with the full P&L of their Amazon operations. We are now hiring a senior operator who can: Own results, Execute strategy hands-on, Grow into a team leadership role

Working Hours: Flexible (Core overlap with US EST/PST or Israel time required)
About the Role
This is a hands-on senior account management role that evolves into leadership. You will start by working directly with the founder, owning performance across client accounts. As the agency scales, you will transition into leading and directing the team built around you.
This role requires someone who can both do the work and later lead others to do it.
Phase 1: Hands-On Execution
Full ownership of account results (Revenue, TACOS, Profit)
Diagnose performance gaps
Execute tactical actions weekly
Monitor KPIs daily
Conduct monthly performance reviews
Coordinate with PPC, creatives, and operational support
You are accountable for results from day one.
Phase 2: Team Leadership
Lead execution across multiple accounts
Maintain quality and performance standards
Build and enforce SOPs
Direct new team members
Own portfolio-level results

Must-Have Requirements
5+ years real Amazon Seller Central experience
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Deep knowledge of Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD)
Listing optimization expertise
Strong KPI fluency (TACOS, CVR, CTR, CPC, ACOS)
Experience with inventory tracking
Experience working with SOPs
Strong English (written and spoken)
Highly organized and reliable
