Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift)
We are looking for a Night Shift Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help ensure timely communication with our customers during overnight hours.
Working Schedule Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM β 7:00 AM (CET)
What youβll do
- Respond to incoming customer support tickets in English
- Monitor and process incoming emails
- Provide customer responses using established templates and guidelines
- Maintain response times in accordance with internal standards
- Work with internal tools, including email, the admin panel, and AI-assisted support tools
- Take on additional support-related responsibilities as the role evolves
What weβre looking for
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requests
- Attention to detail and consistency when following response templates
- Comfortable working with web-based tools, email systems, and internal platforms
- Intermediate English or higher
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not required
