We are looking for a proactive Backend Developer to join our team and work on exciting product and outstaff projects, including modern AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills

Backend Development

• 2+ year of commercial experience with Node.js
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Experience with NestJS and Express.js
• Commercial experience with Python
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and SDKs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience with WebSockets
• Experience with Redis and queue-based architectures
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases:
  • PostgreSQL / MySQL
  • MongoDB

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes

Development Practices

• Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub
• Experience working with code linters
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Experience designing AI workflows and prompt engineering
• Understanding of software architecture principles

Soft Skills

• English level: B2+ 
• Proactive mindset and ownership mentality
• Fast communication and availability in Slack during working hours
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Rust knowledge or strong willingness to learn Rust
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience with Django
• Understanding of low-level memory management
• Experience building AI agents and AI-powered products
• Experience working with vector databases and RAG systems
