About the Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help us grow and improve our product. You’ll focus on optimizing conversion funnels, running A/B tests, and working with different teams to make our product experience even better. What You’ll Do:

• Track industry trends and competitor activities to gain insights for growth
• Identify opportunities to optimize marketing funnels and increase conversions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Analytics)

• Experience in rule engine configuration — creating, testing, and optimizing rules based on transactional and behavioral data
• Understanding of scoring principles: knowledge of risk assessment models and fraud probability evaluation methods
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify fraud patterns
• Experience in building and visualizing reports
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
