Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Registration Team Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling VAT, EPR, and company registration processes across multiple countries, communicating with authorities and clients, and ensuring that registrations are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with documentation, deadlines, and international compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VAT, EPR, and company registration processes in various jurisdictions
• Prepare and review registration documentation
• Communicate with clients, authorities, and partners via email and online portals
• Track registration statuses and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate internal records and databases
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards

• Support the team with administrative and compliance-related tasks

   

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with registrations, compliance, legal administration, or customer support is a plus

• Confident use of Google Sheets, Excel, and online systems
