Creative Designer (Motion designer)

Inception-1 is a fast-growing product company building AI-driven products that help people feel more connected and less alone. Our mission is to create meaningful digital experiences that blend technology with empathy — and to prove that AI can be both human and transformative.

We are looking for a Creative Designer to create video and static creatives for marketing campaigns of a futuristic AI Social Discovery project. Your role will involve active participation in generating ideas and improving creative strategies.

What you’ll be doing:
 

• Craft engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok;
• Collaborate with our marketing team—working closely with a UA manager, creative producer, and graphic designer to brainstorm fresh ideas;
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools (image, video, lip sync, and voice generators) to push creative boundaries.

What we’re looking for:
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• A solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Proficiency in After Effects (bonus points if you're familiar with Figma).  - A proactive, self-sufficient approach—you know how to manage your time and get things done.
• Are excited about generative AI tools and how they can enhance creativity.

Bonus points if you:
 

• Have a basic understanding of marketing and audience-driven design.
