Product Lead

Inception-1 creates AI-driven products that help people feel more connected and less alone. Our mission is to build meaningful digital experiences that blend technology with empathy — and to prove that AI can be both human and transformative.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead to lead our web-based AI companionship products and drive their next stage of growth.

You will be ultimately responsible for achieving LTV and PMF targets — owning product strategy, leading a cross-functional team, and improving retention and monetization through data-driven development and experimentation.

We are evangelists of the Product Engineering culture and aim to maximize the number of roles that deliver value to users end-to-end. This means you will manage and coach a team of Product Engineers who are responsible for the full development chain: from analysis to delivery.

We also expect you to conduct your own deep analytics, be AI-native — experience with vibe coding features would be great — and consider final quantifiable value to be king.

Responsibilities
We only value tangible results — no matter what you do. But we assume that to deliver real profits, you would need to:

• Own product strategy and execution in alignment with company goals.
• Drive monetization through subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, design, and analytics.
• Continuously improve product management processes and coach the team to improve its effectiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and innovation.
• Implement analytics automation.
• Run A/B, MVT, and Multi-armed tests and implement insights to boost engagement and retention.
   

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and research. Great knowledge of statistical instruments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
• A bias for action, passion for growth, and an ownership mentality.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI companionship, social discovery, or dating products.
• Vibe-coded pet projects / features.
• A background in performance marketing or user acquisition.
