Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own and drive the growth of our quiz-based B2C funnels across Web-to-App and Web-to-Web experiences.
You will take full ownership of funnel strategy β from understanding user needs and shaping acquisition journeys to launching experiments, improving conversion and retention, and driving growth through data.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full lifecycle of quiz-based marketing funnels: from idea generation, user research, and hypothesis creation to launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Working with our internal AI-powered funnel builder, which enables PMMs to independently create, iterate, and scale funnel experiences, allowing ideas to be tested and launched significantly faster.
- Making product decisions around funnel structure, user flow, functionality, and overall experience to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Designing and validating growth hypotheses through A/B testing and data-driven iterations.
- Analyzing funnel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and improving key metrics across all stages of the user journey.
- Researching competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Partnering with cross-functional product and growth teams, operating as a single unit fully aligned on experiments, performance, and business outcomes.
We are looking for you if:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
- You have hands-on experience with quiz-based funnels and understand how to build, optimize, and scale conversion-focused user journeys.
- You are confident working with analytics, understand funnels and business metrics, and have experience working with Amplitude.
- You can conduct user research, segment audiences, and test value propositions.
- You think in a data-driven way and use insights to make product decisions.
- You have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English β we work in a global market.
- Most importantly, you have an open mindset: our products require curiosity, awareness of emerging trends, a non-standard approach, and comfort working with unconventional topics.
