JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Product Designer (Middle+ / Senior) to lead UX/UI design for FCE’s retail mobile application and client web platform (V2).
You’ll be the dedicated product designer responsible for turning complex financial and crypto flows into clear, intuitive, and scalable experiences across mobile and web.
The key objective of the role is to take product design from concept to developer-ready implementation - including UX flows, UI, prototypes, localization, RTL, light/dark themes, and edge cases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design end-to-end experiences for FCE’s mobile app and web platform.
- Create UX/UI for complex transactional flows: onboarding, KYC/KYB, accounts, balances, buy/sell, exchange, withdrawals, transaction history, 2FA/OTP and more.
- Cover the full user journey, including empty, loading, validation and error states — not just the happy path.
- Work confidently within FCE’s existing design system and continuously improve it where needed.
- Build scalable designs using Figma components, variables, tokens and auto-layout.
- Design with the best AI practices
- Prepare interfaces for EN/RU/AR localization, including RTL and long text, numbers and currency formats.
- Create clickable prototypes and quickly validate UX through lightweight user testing.
- Deliver clean, developer-ready files and detailed specs for Flutter and React teams.
- Use AI tools as part of the daily design workflow for UX copy, ideation, flow reviews and design iteration.
- Keep designs structured and machine-readable so they can work effectively with automated design-to-development processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 4+ years of professional product design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating released iOS/Android mobile applications and web products.
- Strong UX + UI skills with a mobile-first mindset.
- Expert-level Figma skills: components, variants, variables/tokens, auto-layout, design systems, Dev Mode and developer handoff.
- Experience designing complex forms and transactional products.
- Strong understanding of localization and RTL interfaces.
- Experience designing both light and dark themes systematically.
- Strong prototyping and UX validation skills.
- Comfortable working closely with product managers and engineering teams.
- English - working proficiency for documentation and interface copy; Russian - team language.
- Ability to overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) by at least 4-5 hours per day.
- Confident daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI (Make / First Draft), Midjourney, Recraft or similar.
- Comfortable working in an AI-assisted product development environment and able to demonstrate how AI is integrated into your personal workflow.
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience in fintech, banking, crypto or other regulated financial products.
- Experience with KYC SDKs such as Sumsub and similar solutions.
- Experience with crypto wallet flows: addresses, networks, fees and transactions.
- Ability to create icons, illustrations, micro-interactions and basic marketing visuals.
- Basic technical literacy: understanding components, widgets, frontend implementation and the importance of clean layer naming and file structure.

- Time zone: Minimum 4-5 hours of daily overlap with GMT+4 (Dubai)
- Reporting to: Product Owner
- Compensation: depending on experience
- Vacation: 20 working days per year
- Sick Leave: 10 days per year
- Days Off: 5 days per year
- Public Holidays: 8-10 days per year, depending on the holiday calendar of different countries
