Data Monitoring Specialist (Data Quality and BI Support)

Responsibilities

• Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with business, BI, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
• Handle BI support requests, including incorrect metrics, missing data, report refresh issues, and access problems.
• Validate reporting logic and help users understand key metrics.
• Maintain data quality checks, help automate recurring controls, and document common issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, BI Support, CRM analytics, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience with BI reports and an understanding of how data moves from source systems to dashboards.
• Clear communication with users and technical teams.

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or automated data quality checks.
