How You’ll Make an Impact

The Onboarding Technician is responsible for guiding new customers through the setup, configuration, and successful adoption of Nextiva’s platform. This role combines customer support, technical configuration, and product training to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

We're looking for a designer who specializes in conversion to work with us on projects for startups, SaaS products, and marketplaces.
 

We're a product design studio working with startups, tech companies, marketplaces, and SaaS products. More and more of our projects involve a specific kind of challenge: the product is solid, the traffic is there, but the numbers between "visit" and "paying customer" don't add up. About the Role

DOOR3 is looking for a Senior Power BI Consultant to take ownership of dashboard and report development for an active client engagement. You'll step into an existing Power BI implementation and be responsible for maintaining it, improving it, and keeping it reliable - owning data modeling, DAX, troubleshooting, and client-facing reporting support end to end.

This is a focused, hands-on Power BI role. It is not a general data engineering position. We're looking for someone who is deeply strong in Power BI modeling, DAX, SQL, dashboard troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication, and who is comfortable working directly with clients in a consulting environment.

Prior experience inheriting an existing Power BI implementation and stabilizing or improving it is a significant advantage.

What You'll Do

• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build and optimize Power BI data models, relationships, measures, and visuals.
• Write and maintain DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Validate report outputs against source data and business requirements.

The current top priority is completing AP Automation (Accounts Payable Automation) – an end-to-end automation of the entire incoming invoice lifecycle, from receipt to payment, with minimal manual input from the accounting team. The workflow involves OCR, accounting rules, automation, and human review flows.
