Job summary

We are looking for a Recruiter who enjoys building relationships and creating a strong talent network. The role is centered around proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and building a strong talent pool that supports the company's growth.
 

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain talent pools across key roles (Full Stack, Ruby, QA Automation).
  • Work actively with LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram communities, niche platforms, databases, and alternative sourcing channels.
  • Use the full sourcing toolkit: Boolean, X-ray, and anything else that brings results.
  • Manage 3-5 active recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Develop and test sourcing hypotheses (new channels, markets, and approaches).
  • Conduct HR Interviews with the opportunity to take on more complex interviews as you grow within the role.
  • Write messages that get replies.
     

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in IT recruiting (agency, outsourcing).
  • Good understanding of the IT Market.
  • Experience working with LinkedInX-ray/Boolean search.
  • Ability to work in a high-load, dynamic environment: 3-5 directions running at the same time, large candidate bases, back-to-back interviews.
  • Strong motivation to grow in sourcing and recruitment.
  • AI tools are part of your workflow.
     

Bonus

  • Experience working in IT outsourcing.
  • Comfortable working in Notion.
