The Role

We’re looking for a Native Ads Media Buyer with hands-on experience in platforms like Taboola and Outbrain.

This is not an entry-level role - we expect you to already understand how campaigns work in practice. You will be responsible for managing and scaling live budgets, optimizing performance, and identifying growth opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do

Manage Real Budgets

  • Handle advertising spend of $20K+/month
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in Taboola / Outbrain
  • Ensure performance aligns with ROI targets

Optimize & Scale

  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)
  • Test creatives, angles, and targeting
  • Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones fast

Work with Funnels

  • Understand how traffic converts across landing pages and offers
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to improve performance

Think Performance-First

  • Focus on revenue, not just traffic
  • Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns

 

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with native ads (Taboola / Outbrain)
  • Proven ability to manage at least $20K/month in ad spend
  • Strong analytical thinking and performance mindset
  • Understanding of direct response marketing principles
  • Ability to move fast and make data-driven decisions
  • Good English for communication within an international team
