We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who doesn't rely on generic social media broadcasting. You will be responsible for mapping Web2 acquisition channels directly to on-chain actions, identifying real organic users over automated sybil bot farms, and scaling localized community hubs.
What You’ll Do
- Dark Social Distribution: Build, manage, and scale acquisition funnels across highly focused channels (Telegram alpha groups, Farcaster, and niche YouTube developer hubs) where active liquidity resides.
- On-Chain Attribution: Move beyond legacy cookies. You will deploy custom routing blueprints—such as unique mint adapters—to permanently tie off-chain campaign traffic to unalterable smart contract activity.
- Anti-Sybil Campaign Auditing: Protect our growth budget. You will implement automated data-filtering frameworks (wallet age gates, native gas thresholds, and funding source clustering) to purge multi-wallet bot farms from our reward pools.
- Predictive Retention Tracking: Monitor community analytics to spot early churn behaviors (such as dropping emoji reactions or muting threads) and execute high-conversion re-engagement triggers before users disconnect.
Who You Are
- Data-Obsessed: You care about verified on-chain metrics (TVL, daily active transactions, retention rates), not generic Twitter impressions or empty community headcounts.
- Technical Native: You understand smart contract basics and know how to use block explorers or basic SQL/Dune analytics to trace wallet histories.
- Adaptive Strategist: You recognize that the crypto demographic has fundamentally evolved (e.g., 42% of recent new adopters are women, and primary use cases have shifted heavily toward stablecoin transactions and retail utility). You market to the market that exists today, not stereotypes from three years ago.
