We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for our products in the eSports industry with experience in Google Ads and TikTok Ads, managing $100k+ monthly budgets across multiple GEOs. Experience in Gambling, Betting, Crypto, Gaming, or other regulated/high-risk verticals is highly preferred.

 

Requirements:

  • Commercial work experience - 3+ years
  • Experience as a hands-on PPC specialist - 3+ years.
  • Google Ads โ€” 3+ years
  • TikTok Ads โ€” 3+ years
  • GA4 + GTM
  • Proven experience in Gambling / Betting / Crypto / Gaming
  • Confident working with TT Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC advertising platforms, understanding their advertising policies.
  • Experience setting up tracking and end-to-end analytics
  • Experience working with various GEOs.
  • Fluent knowledge of funnel metrics: FTD, CPA, conversion to deposit, retention, CTR, CPC.
  • Analytical mindset, independence, and the ability to multitask.
  • Level of English  - Intermediate

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns in TT Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC advertising platforms.
  • Research and segment audiences.
  • Collect semantic keywords, analyze negative keywords, and differentiate between brand and non-brand traffic.
  • Test creatives and formats, and provide recommendations for landing pages and content funnels.
  • Set up tracking and end-to-end analytics: UTM, Click ID, GA4, GTM, Meta/TT Pixel.
  • Check compliance and adherence to platform rules for each GEO, minimizing the risk of ad bans and rejections.
  • Optimize campaigns using key metrics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports.

 

Must have:

 

  • Hands-on PPC Specialist experience
  • Strong TikTok Ads expertise.
  • Budgets of 100k+ USD/month.
  • Gambling / Betting / Crypto / Gaming experience.
  • GA4 + GTM.
  • Working with multiple GEOs.
  • Understanding of FTD, CPA, and Retention.
