What is the Role About
 

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the entire demand generation and demand capture engine of the company — from brand and content to performance marketing and lifecycle communications. Your mission is to scale nomo’s mediabuy from current levels to $1M+/month while building a brand that earns trust in our target markets.

You will own eight marketing sub-functions: Brand & Content, SEO & Organic, Creative Production, Web/Homepage, User Acquisition (Performance Marketing), CRM Communications & Promo, Product Marketing, and Event Marketing. You will co-own LTV, churn, and reactivation outcomes with the Retention team — Retention owns the strategic metrics, you own the campaign performance that drives them.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience within CFD/Forex/fintech/iGaming or other high-velocity regulated B2C industries
• Proven track record of scaling paid user acquisition to $1M+/month while maintaining disciplined unit economics (CAC, LTV/CAC, payback)
• Strong hands-on performance marketing background — you have personally run mediabuy on Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and/or push/pop networks; you are comfortable in ad platforms, not just reviewing dashboards

🚀AIMPROSOFT — Senior Python Developer!    

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing IT company, is looking for a Senior Python Engineer on a contract basis ( ≈ 6-12 months) for an international HealthTech project focused on workforce management solutions for the US healthcare industry. 

This is a senior hands-on role for an engineer who is ready to take ownership of complex backend flows, stabilize an existing production system, and help deliver business-critical payroll and instant-payment functionality. 

🎯About the project & role: 

You will join a HealthTech workforce management platform that connects healthcare facilities and medical staff across the US. 

The platform ecosystem includes: 

• Django/Python backend (monolithic architecture) 
• React.js web application 
• Native iOS & Android mobile apps 
• Payroll and instant-payment infrastructure 

The product already has a complex production environment and requires a senior engineer who is comfortable working with legacy code, incomplete documentation, and critical business flows where reliability and data accuracy are essential. 

The current backend is built with Django, but the team is open to future architectural improvements and technology evolution — giving engineers real influence on how the platform grows moving forward 

🔥What We Need From You: 

• 5+ years experience with Python; 
• Strong experience with Django; 
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for communication with international teams; 
• Experience working with complex production systems and legacy codebases; 
• Experience working with IAM, EKS, ECS, ECR, Code Pipeline (CodeBuild, CodeDeploy), Load Balancer, RDS, Cloudwatch, Secrets Manager; 
• Ability to take ownership and make careful engineering decisions; 
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; 
• Experience with business-critical flows where reliability and data correctness are essential; 
• Ability to analyze undocumented functionality and stabilize existing systems; 
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments; 
• Practical understanding of testing, release validation, and production-readiness processes;

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow revenue and scale our company. This role is focused on growth through B2B sales, partnerships, and new market opportunities. You will work closely with the Product team and other departments to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and develop strong partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities

2.Drive direct B2B sales

Requirements
