Trainee Lead Generation Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn/Upwork and other sources;
• Connect with prospects and build relationships via LinkedIn outreach, email, and other channels;
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team;
• Create and customize compelling cover letters to pitch services to prospects;
• Establishing effective communication with potential clients;
• Understanding and clarification of the client's needs, facilitating sales activities;
• Conduct business correspondence
• Monitoring, recording, and generating reports for all active clients, including data and statistics maintenance.

Requirements

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or a related position;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Experience with LinkedIn and knowledge about lead generation campaigns;
• Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, knowledge of the HubSpot CRM system, and Google Workspace;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients;
• Good skills in writing custom cover letters;
• Completed courses in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.
